Transsiberia There are direct trains from Moscow to Beijing who take just over a week for the whole trip. Some trains go via Mongolia, check in advance if yours does because you do need a visa in that case and it can be tricky.
Via Kazakhstan There are also trains from Almaty in the Kazakhstan to Urumqi in western China. From Almaty there are onward trains to Moscow.
